Angela Roussillon

Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Economics/Technology Management and Economics at the University  of Maryland and studied Acoustic Engineering  at Catholic University’s Graduate Program.  She also attended National Defense University, working toward her Chief Information Officer Masters Certification.

Ms. Roussillon has more than 27 years of experience leading engineering, management, and business development teams and is committed to the utmost integrity, client satisfaction, quality performance and cost-effective management of resources to meet corporate goals.  She is adept at creating strategic alliances with clients, business partners, and key Government and Industry Organization leaders to support important business initiatives.  Ms. Roussillon is also experienced in system engineering design and integration, manufacturing, and fabrication processes for both Government and Industry products.

During the specification and requirements development phase for SEAWOLF and VIRGINIA Class submarines, Ms.  Roussillon led the Acoustics Systems Integration Teams.  Later, as a Civil Servant, she served as Acoustic/Stealth Fleet Representative for NAVSEA, considering requirements, objective, tactics, and threat capabilities to determine low risk, cost effective mission operation scenarios for the Warfighter.

Ms. Roussillon was the Senior Supervisory Engineer and Program Manager for a major Airborne Weapon Systems Program responsible for the performance of all Information Technology (IT) and Assurance (IA) resources in support of a closed, secure Global Wide Area Network (WAN) including several High Performance Computing resource facilities.

Ms. Roussillon returned to the Commercial Industry as a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Division Manager for Alion Science and Technology’s Special Projects, Operations, and Undersea Warfare Programs including Unmanned Systems for NAVSEA, AFRL, and ONR.  She is currently President and CEO of EPIC Consulting, Planning and Business Information, LLC providing innovative approaches to Industry and Government in the area of unmanned systems.  Angela is now a Nexutech Associate and was recently appointed to Director of Operations.
